Hand-measured, expect about one centimetre variance across measurements. Half-measurements taken flat across the garment (not doubled).

How to Measure
Chest 1/2: measure flat across the chest just below the armhole. Length: back of neck to hem straight down. Sleeve: shoulder seam to cuff. Shoulder: seam to seam across the top of the back.
