Return Policy

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any item with a discount applied — including promotional codes or automatic discounts — is considered Final Sale.
  • All sale merchandise is Final Sale.

If you're unsure about sizing or fit on a discounted item, please reach out before purchasing. We are happy to assist.

Eligibility for Returns

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original tags attached.
  • Footwear must be returned with the original box in original condition. Do not apply shipping labels directly to the shoe box.
  • Underwear and swimwear are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after the item has been received and inspected.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days after inspection for processing.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Authorization Process

  1. Contact us via email or phone to request an RA#.
  2. Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.
  3. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We do not cover return shipping under any circumstances.
  • All duties, taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchanges will incur a new outbound shipping charge.

We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Mr. Derk is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Shipping Damage: Damage in transit must be addressed directly with the carrier. We can provide tracking details if needed.
  • Untracked International Shipping: Packages sent without tracking are shipped at the customer's risk.

Shipping Information

We ship promptly; however:

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination.
  • Customs delays are beyond our control.
  • By placing an order, you accept the risk of shipping delays.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make case-by-case exceptions to our policies at our discretion. Any exception must be confirmed in writing prior to return.
