By accessing or using MrDerk.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have any inquiries or issues, please contact us at Mr. Derk before taking legal or other actions.

Please note: We do not accept returns without prior written authorization.


Return Policy

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All sale and discounted merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and accompanied by original tags.
  • Footwear must include the original box in its original condition, free of post labels.
  • Underwear and swimwear are not eligible for returns.

Refund Process

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the item at Mr. Derk’s warehouse.

Return Authorization Process

  1. Contact us via email or phone to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  2. Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.
  3. Unauthorized returns may be denied at Mr. Derk’s discretion.

Additional Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all charges incurred during exchanges or returns, including shipping, duties, and taxes.
  • In case of exchanges, an additional shipping fee will apply.

Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure items are packaged securely and shipped intact, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Declare returned items as “Return of Canadian Merchandise” on customs documentation to avoid additional fees.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Shipping Damage: Any damage caused during shipping must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide tracking numbers and carrier information as needed.
  • International Orders: Packages shipped via regular airmail do not include tracking numbers, and we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend using carriers with tracking systems and insurance.

  • Shipping times may vary based on destination.
  • Customs delays are beyond our control.
  • By placing an order, you accept the risk of potential shipping delays.

You may make one personal copy of site content for viewing purposes. Any other use requires express written authorization from Mr. Derk.
