Return Policy

Final Sale Items

  • Sale merchandise means any piece sold below its regular price, however the reduction is applied: marked on the price itself, applied by a promotional code, or applied automatically at checkout. If you paid less than the regular price, the piece is final sale.
  • Where a piece shows a crossed-out price, that is our own former regular selling price for the piece.
  • Final sale: no returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size that did not work, in the store or online, and no promotional code applies. This does not limit your rights under Alberta consumer protection law. If a piece is faulty, damaged or not as described, on arrival or in wear, call 780-431-4293 or email menswear@mrderk.com and we will repair, replace or refund it, and we cover the return shipping.
  • The 14-day return window applies to full-price pieces. A full-price piece returned inside that window is refunded at what you paid. We do not refund a piece and then sell you the same piece at a sale price.
  • If you are unsure about sizing or fit on a sale piece, call 780-431-4293 or email menswear@mrderk.com before you buy. We will measure the piece in hand and send you the numbers. Store hours are on our contact page, and we answer email within one business day.

Price Adjustments

  • We do not adjust the price of a purchase, in the store or online, to match a later reduction.
  • If we have made a pricing error on your order, tell us and we will correct it.
  • Quantities are limited to stock on hand. If a piece sells out before we can pack your order, we cancel that line and refund it in full, and we tell you the same day.

Eligibility for Returns

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original tags attached.
  • Footwear must be returned with the original box in original condition. Do not apply shipping labels directly to the shoe box.
  • Underwear and swimwear are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after the item has been received and inspected.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days after inspection for processing.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Authorization Process

  1. Contact us via email or phone to request an RA#.
  2. Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.
  3. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We do not cover return shipping under any circumstances.
  • All duties, taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchanges will incur a new outbound shipping charge.

We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Mr. Derk is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Shipping Damage: Damage in transit must be addressed directly with the carrier. We can provide tracking details if needed.
  • Untracked International Shipping: Packages sent without tracking are shipped at the customer's risk.

Shipping Information

We ship promptly; however:

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination.
  • Customs delays are beyond our control.
  • By placing an order, you accept the risk of shipping delays.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make case-by-case exceptions to our return and exchange policies on full-price pieces, at our discretion. Any exception must be confirmed in writing prior to return.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on MrDerk.com, including trademarks, designs, and materials, is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Content Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, Mr. Derk does not guarantee that all content is free from error. Product details and availability may change without notice.
