Not everything we can get you is sitting on the rack. If you have seen a piece from one of our makers that we do not stock, or you want a size or a colour we did not buy this season, ask us. Asking costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

A word on timing: some brands ship in a couple of weeks, others cut to order and work to a season. We work with makers, not fast fashion, and that is part of why their work is worth having. If you need something for a date, tell us the date and we will be straight with you about whether it can be done.

Before you send

  • Special orders are final sale. We are bringing a piece in specifically for you, so it cannot be returned or exchanged. That is the trade for getting something we do not carry.
  • Be sure of your size. If you are between sizes or new to the brand, come in first and we will measure you. Ten minutes, no charge, and it saves the whole problem.

Who we can bring in

These are the makers we work with directly, so special orders are straightforward. If the brand you want is not here, ask anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach them.
