Slate Grey Ticking Waverly Suit

Slate grey as the base tone, with a ticking pattern of small repeated vertical texture that reads as a soft grey stripe across the room and a more defined pattern up close. High-twist wool for the yarn, which is why it holds a crease clean and doesn't wrinkle when you sit in it through a full afternoon of meetings or a rehearsal dinner. The colour is business grey with a bit more life than a flat solid.

The Waverly is a full-canvased chest with a natural unpadded shoulder, 3-roll-2 with 3¾" notch lapels, side vents, half-lined. Trousers are the Waverly FF ST flat-front with side tabs, no belt loops. Cut and sewn in Naples on a Neapolitan block that runs closer to the body than a classic Italian.

Slate grey with the ticking reads as a business grey that keeps its texture on camera and across a room, sits well with black or brown leather, and takes a white or light blue shirt without any argument. Works as a full suit or split as odd pieces once the suit has done a couple of turns.
