Charcoal Crew Neck Sweater

Charcoal is the easy colour in a sweater drawer. It sits next to navy, brown, olive and denim without any fuss, and it never looks like you're trying too hard.

It's a plain crew neck with raglan sleeves and nothing to button or zip. Put it under a sport coat, or wear it on its own with chinos or jeans once the weather turns.

The family behind it has been knitting in Sant'Egidio alla Vibrata, in Abruzzo, since 1952, and they run their own dyeing plant there.

Order the chest size you wear in a sport coat, and if you sit between sizes take the larger. The tag inside carries the Italian number, so a 42 from us is marked 52.
