This is the Hectar coat, updated for FW26, and the story is on the sleeves. The body reads like a proper coat, drapey and structured through the shoulder, while the sleeves are cut from a different, more textured fabric. That contrast is deliberate. It shifts the whole piece toward a sport-coat register the moment you put it on.
That is why we hang it in two collections. Layer it over a knit or a jacket when the weather turns and it wears as a coat. Throw it over a shirt or henley with denim or wool trousers and it wears as a sport coat. The textured sleeve keeps it from ever looking too formal, so you get twice the reach out of one piece.
Silver Marl is the light version. It reads modern, a touch of warmth in the grey, and it plays well with black or charcoal trousers, blue denim, and cream knits. Think of it as a shoulder-season coat, the kind of thing you reach for October through April when it is cool but not yet brutal.
