Black Melton Wool Flyer's Club Jacket

Dehen's take on the military flight jacket, in the line of the MA-1 and the B-15, done in black melton wool with a black mouton collar. Unzip it and the lining is safety orange satin, which is the one loud thing on an otherwise very quiet jacket.

The body is 22 oz melton wool, smooth and tightly felted, with ribbed worsted wool trim at the cuffs and hem. The collar is genuine mouton, cut from shearling that Dehen had left over after cutting its N-1 deck jackets, and that leftover is how this jacket came about.

Dehen cuts it true to size. Take the size you normally wear in a jacket.

It goes over a sweater or a flannel shirt and looks as good with dark jeans and boots as it does with grey wool trousers. A heavy brass zipper runs up the front, and the pockets close with snaps.
