Founded in Portland in 1920 by William Peter Dehen as a knitting company supplying college knitwear. Through the decades the family factory produced motorcycle club sweaters, varsity jackets, and Navy-inspired outerwear. Still owned and operated by the fourth generation of the founding family, still cutting and sewing in the same Northwest Portland facility. One of very few US makers who own their own knitting mill.
