Stenstroms opened as a tailor shop in Helsingborg, Sweden in 1899 and has stayed in the same town through five generations of family ownership. Sea captains from the Helsingborg harbour carried the shirts on their voyages, which is how a small Swedish house became a global name. It is the oldest family-owned shirtmaker in Scandinavia, and the accessories carry the same eye for cloth and finish.
