The 9214 is Stenstroms' Regular Fit dress shirt , the fuller-cut classic for the client who wants room through the chest and waist without giving up a clean silhouette. Cutaway collar, two-piece cuff, mother-of-pearl buttons throughout. This is the shirt I hand to a client who owns a proper suit and wants a dress shirt that moves with him through a full day.

Stenstroms opened as a tailor shop in Helsingborg, Sweden in 1899 and has stayed in the same town through five generations of family ownership. Sea captains from the Helsingborg harbour carried the shirts on their voyages, which is how a small Swedish house became a global name. It is the oldest family-owned shirtmaker in Scandinavia, and the twofold cotton twill they've been weaving for over a century still sets the bar for what a serious dress shirt should feel like.

Sky blue in a Regular Fit is the second shirt every well-dressed client owns. It softens a charcoal suit, sharpens a grey one, and looks right against olive, tan, navy , every serious jacket colour in the closet. Same generous cut through chest and waist as the white, same cutaway collar, same mother-of-pearl finishing. The colour that quietly works harder than any other in the drawer.

Size Chart

Regular Fit is Stenstroms' most generous silhouette , fuller through the chest and waist than Fitted Body, straight through the body without back darts. It's the fit for a client who wants room to move, layers over a broader frame, or prefers his dress shirt to hang cleanly off the body rather than shape to it. Sizes shown are EU collar (38,48), which corresponds to 15,19 inch neck.

If you're between sizes, or wear a jacket that runs full through the chest, take the larger size. If you're stocky through the shoulders, this is the fit you want.
